Our Story

Angwin Academy is the culmination of a passion to help educate the wonderful children and young adults of the Grand Strand and the need to diversify service options in order to meet the need of our community. Mike Angwin, a long time tutor in the area turned to Michelle Glenn, an office manager and entrepreneur, to clarify his vision of meeting all students where they are. With a focus on 1-to-1 tutoring, Angwin Academy can help you and/or your child learn better and faster whether the needs are great or small with a focus on longterm academic and mental health considerations as well as adhering to standards associated with IEP, 504, or other modifications/accommodations. We can't wait to meet you and welcome you into our family.
